2. Payment Terms

All invoices issued by MetroHubPh.com are due for payment upon receipt of goods or services unless an alternative payment arrangement is agreed upon in writing. As part of our efficient payment process, MetroHubPh.com may request post-dated checks (PDCs) for the total invoice amount.

3. Debt Recovery

Failure to provide PDCs as agreed upon or non-payment by the due date may result in the suspension of services without prior notice. Additionally, MetroHubPh.com retains the right to engage the services of a debt recovery company for outstanding payments. The client shall be liable for all costs associated with debt recovery, including but not limited to legal expenses.

4. Withholding Tax

In jurisdictions where withholding tax applies to invoice amounts, the client is responsible for remitting the withholding tax to the relevant tax authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation. MetroHubPh.com is not liable for any costs or responsibilities arising from a country's withholding tax regulations. Invoice amounts are payable to MetroHubPh.com in full and do not include any costs related to the client's local legislation.

5. Performance and Obligations

MetroHubPh.com is committed to providing high-quality services within agreed-upon timeframes. However, it is important to note that MetroHubPh.com's obligations are not construed as guarantees to achieve specific results. MetroHubPh.com cannot be held responsible, under any circumstances, for any claims, damages, or liabilities filed by an end consumer against the client.

6. Donations and Charitable Contributions

MetroHubPh.com encourages its clients to participate in the "Share a Snack - Smile Project." Contributions made by clients to this project, whether monetary or in-kind, are voluntary and deeply appreciated. It is important to note that donations made to the project are separate from the payment for goods and services. MetroHubPh.com will provide regular updates on the impact of these donations at https://www.metrohubph.com/donate.

7. Return Policy

If you receive products that are damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include product replacement, exchange, or refund. Returns must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

8. Claims and Notifications

Any claims related to goods or services provided by MetroHubPh.com must be submitted in writing via recorded delivery to the registered office of MetroHubPh.com within 8 days of the goods' delivery or services' provision. Failure to provide timely notification may result in the waiver of the right to claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All contractual relations between the client and MetroHubPh.com shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, implementation, or termination of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Philippines.
